The Network and Servers:

While UK Secure Web Hosting may focus on making web hosting simple for our clients, the technology behind the scenes is definitely not simple.  The network is maintained by redundant OC-48 backbones connected to multiple Tier-1 backbone providers and state of the art equipment.  The servers run the on the Linux operating system for unsurpassed performance and reliability.  All of the equipment is kept in a data network facility and monitored by an advanced alert system.  We are notified of problems within seconds and are able to respond immediately to take corrective actions.  As a result, we are able to provide a 99.99%++ uptime.  The only reason why we don't have 100% uptime is because occasionally the servers have to be rebooted after any new software updates have been installed.  Take a look at our server uptime statistics.
